Case 3.
Patient returning to outside surgeon for implant replacement and bilateral T scar lift. Unfortunately complicated by severe infection with loss of part of right breast and outer areola. Result at 1 year following reinsertion of custom implant on right, gland reshaping, and purse string areolar lift and restoration. |
